why great sleepwear matters

In our conversations of late, we’ve determined that most women fall into one of two camps.

Camp 1 - Women who think about their sleepwear, thoughtfully pick something out to sleep in, and realize that what they wear at night matters as much as what they wear during the day.

Camp 2 - Women who sleep in old t-shirts (or whatever they can find in the drawer) with maybe some thought to comfort, but none at all to style.

Okay, okay, we know a few of you out there belong in Camp 3 – you naked sleepers! But this blog is not for you - or your lucky partners ;-) All we can say is that you’ll be warmer and comfier if you consider sleepwear, but that’s a conversation for another time.

For those of you in Camp 2, we’re here to tell you that upgrading your sleepwear game can have bigger benefits than you might realize.

Each day, we should look for big and little ways to enhance our wellness – and if great sleepwear helps, we are all for it! Feeling good on the inside comes from LOTS of things, but sometimes that list includes what you look like on the outside. It’s not vanity, it’s self-esteem, and the benefits of boosting your self-esteem are immeasurable.

So, slip into something that makes you feel good every night, get a great night of sleep, and wake up liking what you see in the mirror! Starting your morning on the right note will pay dividends all day.
